When I started my studies in Eindhoven, I joined ESMG Quadrivium as a 1st violinist and soprano. The association is a one of a kind group of people, where music can be practised on your own, in an ensemble or in one of their larger subassociations like an orchestra (wind or symphonic) and choir.
I had such fun, that I also wanted to help out, as these student associations are run voluntarily by students. I was an active member in multiple committees for 5 years, mainly helping in design, promotion and organisation of concerts & travels. In 2024, I even became part of their daily Board where, together with 6 other board members, we ran the organisation for a year.
After my board year, Quadrivium celebrated their 60th year of existence, for which I did a large part of the design & promotion. This involved creating the concert promotion at the Muziekgebouw Eindhoven, Social Media design & a housestyle with a special logo for the occasion.
The promotion was carried out with physical posters, digital screenings (mostly at the TU/e), social media promotion and flyering around Eindhoven. Eventually, we sold almost 800 tickets for the concert. During the concert, visitors were also presented with a program booklet, which can be viewed below.
Below is a collage of some other concerts and events I promoted for Quadrivium throughout the years. Every concert was also paired with the same needs as the lustrum concert, and included the creation of digital promo, flyers, poster, program booklets and sometimes stickers and other forms of merchandise.
Added to my visual design work, I also created multiple pieces of merchandising for multiple occations. Examples for ESMG Quadrivium are shown below:
Some examples of merchandise of their brand I designed throughout the years.
In the summer of 2023, Quadrivium's Symphonic Orchestra and Choir went on a concert trip to Turin and Munich, for which I designed the house style and merchandise. The merchandise included T-Shirts, cardigans and stickers. The year after, there was a cultural trip for piano members for which I designed their merchandise cap.
